JRNI Awarded Financial Supplier Qualification System Accreditation
Milestone Underlines Company’s Ongoing Commitment to Banking and Finance Sectors
LONDON: 24th May 2021 – Experiential relationship management (XRM) company JRNI, today announced it has been awarded accreditation to Financial Services Qualification System (FSQS). The certification means that financial services organisations like banks, insurance and financial institutions have assurance of pre-validated compliance when considering or using the JRNI XRM platform.

Registered FSQS suppliers are instantly recognisable from a pink and grey Hellios-issued FSQS certificate. The certificate is issued and renewed annually by Hellios, a UK-based external partner appointed by FSQS stakeholders to collect and administer data for the FSQS program.
FSQS is a community of financial institutions including banks, building societies, insurance companies and investment services, collaborating to agree a single standard for collecting the increasing amount and complexity of third-party information needed to demonstrate compliance to regulators, internal policies and governance controls.
FSQS development and Hellios’ performance are governed by members of the FSQS buyer community. Questions, regulatory changes and system content is reviewed annually or when regulation or legislation change.
