DATA PROCESSORS
1. JRNI SUB-PROCESSORS
JRNI uses carefully-selected third parties to assist in the provision of the JRNI services. Some of these third parties will require access to customer data processed through the JRNI service, including access to personal data ("Sub-Processors").
All JRNI Sub-Processors are subject to due diligence to verify that appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place in order to guarantee the integrity and security of our customers’ data. These are underpinned by written contracts in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Details of JRNI’s Sub-Processors are set out below under this section 1. Any changes to JRNI Sub-Processors will be notified to our customers by email at least 30 day in advance:
1.1 JRNI Group Companies
Depending on the JRNI group company with which the customer has entered into a contract, one or more of the following JRNI group companies may also process the customer’s personal data as a Sub-Processor, for example, to provide ‘follow-the-sun’ technical support.

2. THIRD PARTY PROCESSORS
2.1. Optional Third-Party Integrations
JRNI provides integrations to the following third-party tools and services which may be enabled by customers, at their election, in order to benefit from additional capabilities and functionality. Details of these are set out in the table below.
Whilst the JRNI service is interoperable with these third-party tools and services, it is the customer, and not JRNI, who is responsible for the relationship with such third parties. Any customer data, including personal data, processed by such a provider is done on the customer’s behalf as the customer’s direct processor or as an independent or joint controller, subject to the terms and conditions the customer has entered into with the provider. We take no responsibility for these providers and encourage our customers to review their terms and conditions with these third parties carefully.
