BookingBug reveals global expansion and key hires on back of 500% growth

Boston, Mar. 20, 2018 -- Today, BookingBug, the world’s leading omnichannel customer engagement platform, reveals a surge in growth across the United States and the globe. This is the result of increasing demand for organizations to build closer connections with their customers and to unite online and offline channels.

The company is expanding their focus on the US market and has moved to a new, larger Boston office and opened an office in Washington, DC, in addition to existing offices in London and Australia to accommodate 140+ BookingBug employees around the world.

The business has also brought in a highly experienced enterprise tech veteran Todd Nicholson, to occupy the new Chief Marketing Officer role to drive the global sales and marketing strategy. Nicholson’s background includes marketing, product and sales experience working at small emerging technology providers and industry leading companies including IBM, EMC, Extreme Networks and Gartner.
