Third party Cyber Liability

$2,000,000 any one claim. $2,000,000 aggregated limit for claims brought under a US/Canadian court of law. This section offers protection against claims for:
- The onward transmission of a computer virus through our software.
- Denial of service attack against a third-party.
- The unauthorised acquisition, access, use, or disclosure of personal data or confidential corporate information that is held or transmitted in any form.
- Prevention of authorised electronic access to any computer system, personal data or confidential corporate information.

First Party Cyber and Data

$1,000,000 aggregated limit, including costs and expenses:
- Breach Costs
- Privacy Protection
- Business Interruption
- Hacker Damage
- Extortion

Directors & Officers Liability

- Directors’ & Officers’ Liability$500,000 aggregated limit. Protection for a claim made against an individual director or manager.
- Corporate Legal Liability $500,000 aggregated limit. Extends the cover provided under the D&O to include claims brought against the company but excludes employment practice violations.

Business Travel and Personal Accident Insurance

- Coverage is provided for all directors, partners and employees of JRNI Ltd, resident in the UK/US/Australia, including their accompanying partner and/or children for foreign and domestic business travel, including incidental holiday.
- Coverage is provided for employees of JRNI Inc. and JRNI Pty Ltd.
- The policy also includes cover for foreign and domestic holiday travel for all directors and accompanying partners and children.
