JRNI’s Queue Management software helps reduce lines and wait times helping you better set customer expectations and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Virtual queuing: Standing in line is so yesterday. Don’t waste your customers’ time. With JRNI Queuing, customers can put their name in the queue, monitor progress, and then come back when it’s their turn.
• Display boards: Give customers all of the information they need through on-site display boards. This capability shows live queue updates optimized for display screens and kiosks.
• Real-time queue position updates: Customers get real-time updates on their queue position with accuracy down to the minute – so they know exactly when to arrive.
• Customer queue control: It’s okay to get sidetracked. If customers aren’t ready when it’s their turn, they can simply indicate that they want to bump their position. And when they do arrive, they can use self check-in to alert staff.
