Removed IE 11 Support for Customer Journeys (CX).

Introduction

This document describes the minimum requirements needed to run the JRNI user applications for optimal user experience. The applications will work below the stated speeds, however, loading times will be longer and can affect the perceived responsiveness of the system. The software requirements reflect what JRNI will support.

Only items listed as supported in the hardware and software requirements are covered under SLA.

JRNI provides a cloud-based service for arranging appointments and events, and users interact with this through the Studio interface (staff experience), or an Adaptable Journey (customer experience). These specifications are for using Studio and the Adaptable Journeys only.
