Most recently, Scott served as Chief Revenue Officer at OrderMyGear, where he helped drive sustained revenue growth, strengthen go-to-market execution, and support the company through a successful private-equity-backed transformation.

Throughout his career, Scott has built and led high-performing global sales, marketing, and customer success organizations, expanded recurring revenue models, and partnered closely with private equity sponsors and boards to drive long-term value creation. He is known for fostering strong, accountable cultures that empower teams, emphasize ownership, and consistently deliver outcomes for customers.

"JRNI has a culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and customer impact — values that strongly align with how I lead and build teams."

As CEO of JRNI, Scott will lead the company’s next phase of growth, focused on expanding into new markets, accelerating international adoption, and continuing to deliver strong results for customers, partners, and shareholders.

Why Scott Chose JRNI

“JRNI has built a differentiated platform with strong customer momentum and a clear opportunity to expand globally,” said McClure. “The combination of a proven product, a talented team, and an engaged ownership group creates a compelling foundation for the next phase of growth.”

“I was particularly drawn to JRNI’s international potential and the opportunity to build on the company’s strong market position while continuing to deliver meaningful value to our customers and to Akmazo Capital. Equally important, JRNI has a culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and customer impact — values that strongly align with how I lead and build teams. I’m excited to work closely with the organization and our owners to responsibly scale the business and extend JRNI’s impact into new markets
